At Hi-Lash Lounge, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you might miss an appointment. However, due to the nature of our services and the high demand for slots, we have a missed appointment policy in place. If you miss your appointment without prior notice, it can impact our schedule and other clients. Hi-Lash does not infill work from other salons. If you have foreign lash extensions, please book in for a new set with a removal add-on.

All artists listed on the Hi-Lash website will happily infill each other's work. If you are a returning client, you must have 50-60% lash extensions remaining to qualify for an infill within 3 weeks.
