Booking Policy

INFILLS

❥ Hi-Lash does not infill work from other salons. If you have foreign lash extensions, please book in for a new set with a removal add-on. All artists listed on the Hi-Lash website will happily infill each other's work. 


❥ If you are a returning client, please ensure you have 50-60% of your extensions remaining to qualify for an infill within 3 weeks. 

RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATIONS

❥ Please reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 48hrs prior notice. This can be done via your booking confirmation email at the bottom of the page. If you are feeling unwell or something has come up last minute, don't worry, we totally understand! But please note that your deposit will be non-refundable if you reschedule or cancel within 48hrs as we will be unable to fill the slot in time. Please help to support our little business by honouring this policy.  

❥ If you have any issues rescheduling online, simply cancel your appointment and book another; if your cancellation fe within the correct timeframe, your deposit will be deducted off your next appointment or refunded. Please send us an email to let us know what you would like to do.

DEPOSITS

❥ Deposits are non transferrable or refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 48hrs of your appointment. Bookings cancelled or rescheduled within 48hrs require a new online booking and deposit.

 

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING

❥ All confirmed appointments will be sent a confirmation email, please ensure you have received this After booking your appointment, please check your email (including junk) for all information regarding location and any pre appointment reminders. You can make changes to your booking through the confirmation email.

 

NO SHOWS

❥ If you miss or cancel your appointment without notice, you will be charged for the full appointment.
